Thx. The sense i get is that i must press down a little to gently glide to
feel something. Is that right? I looked up buff which said to polish and i
dont know how to do that. Thx for clarifying.
Yes you do need to press just enough to feel the shape of the muscle, a
couple ounces of force, less than a pound of force.
The buffing is only for finding a muscle. This is just for locating the
thickest or highest part of the muscle. Once you've found this spot, then
you press and hold with a little more force. Maybe a pound or three pounds
of force, depending on how the person responds.
